🛍️ How does shipping work and who delivers my package?

All orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partnerPrintful. This means every item is made just for you, no overproduction, no waste. Orders are shipped directly from a Printful fulfillment center in Europe, and you’ll typically receive your package within 5–10 business days. As soon as your item is on the way, you'll get a tracking link via email.

📩 Where is my order confirmation or tracking number?

Right after your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, make sure to check your spam folder just in case. Once your item is shipped, you’ll get asecond email with your personal tracking link. Didn’t get anything? Just message us through the contact form – we’ll sort it out for you.

🧾 How do returns and cancellations work?

Since all products are made to order, we can only accept returns in special cases, for example, if there’s a printing issue or your product arrived damaged. If that’s the case, we’ll replace it free of charge. You can cancel your order only before production starts (usually within the first few hours after purchase). If you need to cancel, contact us quickly and we’ll do our best to help.

👕 What sizes and materials do you use?

All clothing items are designed to be as size-inclusive as possible! detailed size charts are available on every product page. We work with sustainable materials, OEKO-TEX certified fabrics, and use recyclable packaging. Thanks to Printful’s eco-conscious production process, each piece meets both quality and environmental standards.
